Parsley, Ginger and Spinach Sauce

Spinach Sauce with ginger.honey, lemon and parsley. Chop up your ingredients and add to the mixer. Great for mixing up in salad dressings, mixed with scrambled eggs, used as a dip, on top of roasted chicken breast or fish or tofu.
Blend all your ingredients together, scraping the sides down.
Add in a drizzle of honey and whizz up. This lasts for 3 months in the freezer or about a week in the fridge.
